people offering incomplete games (arkham knight, AC Unity) developers facing harsh treatment, (konami) preorder perks locked on discs requiring codes, (capcom) publishers releasing similar titles repeatedly with no real value, (bf 3/4/hardline) early access being heavily restricted, content being removed from games to create DLC, (EA) major game developers struggling due to strong player backlash, (half life 3) versions sold with varying preorder items across stores making full ownership nearly impossible unless you buy four copies, (forza) recent titles being remastered despite being old, mobile games mimicking AAA experiences by copying elements from mobile titles (the crew), misleading ads and bait-and-switch tactics (Aliens colonial marines), DRM all in a nutshell. Feel free to explore the topics yourself if you wish. I’m not here to rant today, but let’s be clear: preorders are mostly causing more harm than good for the industry.}

It seems Well Just Cause 2 isn't compatible with Windows 10. You might want to try another platform.

Fair enough. This is what I needed to hear. JC2 was plagued with DLC for a hover craft and parachute for crying out loud. That is one serious concern I have JC3 It's probably $5 cheaper than I'm going to find it on sale a month after release. Although I don't understand what they plan to do. Release date is December 1st..... How is that going to sell when everyone is looking for sales? Hmmmm???? I smell another fishy GTA V summer sale coming on. Bummer. I'm officially off of pre ordering. That didn't take long.

The issue isn't happening because you're installing Windows 10, and JC2 is a great game for you.

It wasn't multiplayer, so nothing was purchased for me. JC2 had a solid story but the multiplayer version was far more enjoyable. Now that I own GTA V, I’m wondering what I’d choose if multiplayer existed.

It seems the system stops working right after launch. The dump files indicate it was trying to access a virtual address it couldn’t reach. Maybe fixing it by reinstalling JC2 would help, but I just tried playing and it didn’t work.

I'll check it out soon. It's nearly finished installing. I'm getting my apps ready. What a surprise—I only use the weather app! How long will this really take?

I tried it for about ten minutes and a few more games, everything ran fine. It might just be because of the latest AMD drivers now. Disappointing for you. Let's move on, Rico!
