Gathering insights on GTA V hardware testing, community suggestions and feedback.
Hi there, I'm new to the forum and wanted to share my thoughts. I'm a writer for a tech website called www.technologyx.com. We're planning to try GTA V on several different computers. Most testing involves one system with 5-10 GPUs or a single GPU paired with various CPUs. We aim to evaluate 3-4 distinct machines, such as a 5960x with GTX 970, an i5 with R9 290, a Pentium Dual Core with GTX 750, and an i7 3770k with GTX 680. We're looking for feedback, critiques, and more. I'm also not sure which benchmarks to use, especially for the intro mission. Thanks a lot!
Use each GPU with a separate CPU to evaluate performance on both sides.
Check performance during the initial bank robbery, early in the game.
We focused on the inner segment and the driving part. It begins at the start of the game and can be repeated easily.
It's actually quite similar to what the game will be like in many ways. Excellent depiction of actual performance.
Looking for information on testing methods? I can cover various approaches like CPU evaluations at varying clock speeds.
