When Vsync is active, performance seems to reach its limits. Even with a high frame rate, if the GPU struggles to handle it, the issue probably lies with the CPU.
It makes sense—I’d expect similar issues, but the low FPS is really affecting gameplay.
It clearly enhanced the experience—previously only about half of the track was usable, but now it becomes playable until a specific section where performance drops sharply. Likely due to one segment being so smooth that the game clock becomes too low before reaching the next part.
All the cores appear to be operating near 50%. MSI afterburner indicates GPU usage is either 0% or 100%, while the Task Manager shows about 50%. It seems the GPU might still be the issue, but I’m not sure.
Garfield Kart performs poorly on almost any device. Even with a 400MHz chipset, the RX 570 struggles to keep up.
