I've struggled a lot to find a fix. My GPU drops from 100 to zero and then fluctuates, never staying above 90, which causes low FPS, stutters, and choppy gameplay. My benchmark shows usage over 90. Your system specs are a Ryzen 5 2400G, RX 580, 8GB RAM, 16GB VRAM, ASUS B450M-A M.2, 256GB SSD, 700W THERMALTAKE SMART series.

Your GPU activity shows how loaded it is, but it doesn’t explain the gameplay issues. Could you tell me which game you're playing? What settings are active? Have you checked any diagnostics already?

Low FPS is generally around 30 frames per second or below, depending on the resolution. At higher resolutions like 1080p or 4K, achieving smooth performance often requires a frame rate of at least 60 FPS.

Adjusting the settings to high will boost GPU usage. Are you happy with the FPS you're receiving?

Check the CPU usage of each core. It seems you're reaching a constraint there.
