Yesterday while trying to power on my PC, it wouldn't start. I've reset various power supplies, but it only works if I switch the PSU off and on again—then the RGB motherboard lights flash briefly. Please help me with this issue. 20230421_113611.mp4

You've checked another power supply yet nothing works? Consider repositioning the CPU, RAM, and GPU. Try using just one memory module without connecting any GPU. Let me know if you need more help. Hi there! I'm here to assist. Hopefully you'll resolve this soon—maybe a faulty motherboard or RAM is the issue.

Already tried reinstalling it, but only changed one memory slot—it didn’t fix anything.

Show some care for yourself. It's a real mess. You might want to reinstall Windows on a different drive and see how it runs there.
