gaming laptop ?
I have some extra cash to spend and am thinking about boosting my 2060rtx legion. What's your take? Should I upgrade now or hold off until the 13th generation? My budget is roughly 3.3 to 3.5 k USD or euros.
Yeah, I'm planning to purchase something on Amazonia.de, in Lithuania, or the Netherlands. I've been traveling a lot lately.
Sure thing, here’s the revised version:
Hey once more,
There are some solid choices you can consider that will significantly boost performance.
Here are a few suggestions:
MSI Vector GP76 Gaming Laptop | 17.3 Inch FHD 360 Hz Display | Intel Core i7-12700H | 16GB RAM | 1TB SSD Memory | Nvidia RTX3080 | QWERTZ Keyboard | Windows 11: Amazon.de: Computer & Accessories
Acer Nitro 5 Gaming Laptop | 15.6 WQHD 165Hz Display | AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX | 32GB RAM | 1TB SSD | NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 | Windows 10 | QWERTZ Keyboard | Black Red: Amazon.de: Computer & Accessories
OMEN Gaming Laptop | 17.3 Inch QHD 165 Hz IPS Display | Intel Core i9-12900H | 32GB DDR5 RAM | 1TB SSD | NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti | Windows 11 Home | QWERTZ Keyboard with RGB Lighting Black: Amazon.de: Computer & Accessories
All these options vary in price, but you should aim for at least a 12th Gen Intel processor, a Ryzen 6 series mobile, an RTX 3080 or RTX 3080 Ti, 32GB of RAM, and a minimum of a 1TB NVMe drive.
Be mindful of mixing CPU generations with video card specifications.
For a game, a quicker CPU is less important than a good graphics card... unless you're wasting money on a costly system at 1080p with minimal settings just to boost frame rates.
It would be fascinating to check the costs of mobile video chip versions. Did they release a 4070 "ti" model? I think the price jump could be just as extreme as for desktop cards.
