Hello, last year I purchased a somic brand G591 gaming headset and I was never able to install the driver (it would tell me to plug in the 7.1 surround sound device and wouldn't install when I plugged it in) and no matter how many times I emailed the support they wouldn't respond so the microphone part never worked with my pc and while a year is late I would still like to know if there is an answer to this problem
If not I would appreciate it if I could know a well recommended budget headset for streaming that won't cause the above, I'm out of options on what to do
