I checked the details and it mentions a preorder for Bo3. The final transaction should happen between 9 AM and midnight on Thursday, December 12th. But some other midnight events list 9 PM instead. I’m wondering if the 9 AM part might be an error or if 9 PM is also incorrect… anyone has any thoughts? Link: http://www.gamestop.com/gs/pages/events/CODBO3

You're placing a pre-order for Black Ops III at Gamestop. Several issues have been identified with the order.

It doesn't really matter since 9 PM remains within the 9 AM to 12 AM window.

use g2a or all the other stores as well... avoid feeding Gamestop... it's not worth playing games that don't match your time.

I just need your weather update. You're free to choose between 9 AM and 9 PM.

This process aims to streamline the payment steps by reducing wait times. Those who arrived before midnight can rejoin the line and collect their purchases first. Arriving at midnight usually means waiting until everyone else finishes before being able to pay and collect. This system lets them handle the more tedious tasks and gives them about three and a half hours to complete everything before the 9pm cutoff. When you arrive, show your receipt, receive the game, and leave. If you paid earlier than 9pm, it doesn’t automatically mean you’re ready—you still need to walk in and get the late-night receipt. It’s an unusual method of managing the process.

Hopefully, that's the approach they use now. I should own up—I haven't been to a midnight at GameStop since... Skyrim...? Maybe. That was how it was when I visited before.
