I really believe in every solid game on Steam. Hustle Cat is definitely one of my top picks—probably around 30 to 50 games I've played, and I'm not stuck anywhere.

Above 30 it works. At reduced levels it is functional.

Consider trying GBA emulators alongside Mario, Tetris, Pokémon and similar titles. Options like Undertale, Factorio Besiege, Don't Starve, and Bit Blaster XL could also fit your needs.

Here are some titles that seem solid and relatively simple to run on a GPU—researcher note: if you need GPU support, you might want to check compatibility first. These games could work without a high-end card, though performance might be limited.

He was discussing the i5-6400, a desktop Skylake processor paired with Intel's HD 530 graphics. I’m unsure of your i7 model, but it might be from an earlier generation than HD 530 and could be affected by thermal constraints typical of laptops. It should still function adequately, though performance may differ. If you already have one, try it out. Morrowind? From 2002? Absolutely, it will work well and won’t require minimum settings.
