AC Unity. Performance isn't clear, and it's hard to say you'll even play it.

It seems the processor isn't powerful enough, which is why you're focusing on CPU-heavy games.

It's not necessary to steer clear of any games... they'll all function properly, though performance may vary.

AC:Unity GTA:V is usually a poorly optimized MMO, not really demanding much.

Games on Arm and DayZ performance varies a lot. My old machine with an AMD Phenom handled Arma 2 and DayZ just fine—still decent. Remember, most Arma titles aren’t optimized well. I assume my setup is solid but I usually see around 30-50 frames per second in DayZ.

Flight Simulator X is incredibly powerful. Even with a high-end system, it still falls short. It’s likely a title best avoided if you want to push your graphics to the lowest possible settings. Probably not a widely played game, and I had no choice but to discard it.
