I've noticed frequent stutters and crashes while gaming. After upgrading from the GTX 1050ti to the RTX 3060 and using DDU to remove old GPU drivers, I installed fresh ones. At first, I wondered if the games were failing due to my hard drive issues, but even after switching to a Samsung 980 graphics card, the problems persisted. Please help.

Begin tracking your system's hardware during gameplay. Are you using more than 16GB of RAM? What is your CPU activity level?

My CPU and GPU usage are generally similar, hovering between 75% to 85%. Occasionally, one surpasses the other by about 10-15%, but it never goes beyond that. (This is typical for games)
