It seems like you're asking about a change in the game format. Did you mean it will turn into a single-player experience? Or is there another reason behind it?

Because the game is terrible, I tried playing it and immediately disliked it. Plus, it's quite costly.

Skyrim remains an enjoyable title despite its limitations.

I'm suggesting F:NV for Fallout 3 in New Vegas. It works well with different systems compared to F3, and offers more customization options. A solid choice!

These titles offer expansive open worlds with RPG aspects, drawing inspiration from games like Fallout and the Skyrim series. Older Scrolls, Morrowind, and Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning are notable examples. Red Dead Redemption, STALKER, Borderlands, Arkham City/Origins, Assasins Creed, Far Cry, GTA, Watch Dogs, and Saints Row all fit this style.

In a fantasy setting that feels simple and accessible—similar to Skyrim without deep strategy or complex RPG mechanics—there aren’t many strong options beyond other TES titles such as Oblivion and Morrowind. I personally enjoy the Witcher games as a fantasy RPG, though they’re not open-world and don’t fit the open-world fantasy vibe you mentioned. For something more open-world in that genre, I’d suggest Far Cry 3, Fallout 3/NV, or Borderlands 1/2.
