I observed an unusual issue today. Certain games such as BF1 and Mass Effect don’t reach full screen unless the "borderless" setting is enabled. They either stay windowed or become borderless. Could there be a solution or adjustment I should try?

Navigate to the extra options and select Advanced. Click Show Advanced Settings in the Computer and Contacts menus. Press the Configure button, turn off the Quick Connect option, and click Done.

I also faced the same issue, but the fix includes an additional button which causes problems in games.
