PC specifications: Ryzen 9 3900xt, 2080 Super, Asus motherboard X570 gaming build, M.2 SSD and regular SSD. Previously used four RAM sticks (DDR4 3600 C19), the system began acting up a few weeks ago. Initially it would freeze when launching Halo Infinite, then become severely unresponsive. Now I experience freezing and stuttering during gameplay, even with a reported 120 FPS counter. I've tried cleaning the PC three times, updating BIOS and drivers, reinstalling graphics cards one at a time, checking temperatures, enabling DOCP in BIOS, and replacing RAM sticks individually. Nothing is overheating. Despite these efforts, I’m stuck and feel stuck in diagnosing further.
