For reference, my GPU is an RX 6600 with VSync turned off and no secondary display. The monitor supports cables and is rated for 144Hz, which Windows settings disable in fullscreen mode. I've checked everything suggested by game chat and drivers, but nothing works consistently. It functions normally on desktop or web browsing at 144Hz, though it caps when entering fullscreen in games.

If available, adjust the refresh rate using -freq 360 or -refresh 360 in the launch settings. Also verify the refresh rate is chosen in the video options if supported by the game.
