Set up both HWmonitor and CPU-Z/bench/stress CPU to create a full-core workload. This should help verify temperatures and clock speeds. If the chipset drivers are faulty or missing, you might see much lower performance, possibly only around 800 MHz.
Your language is very technical, but I don’t get it. I’m not sure what any of that means.
