Games frequently experiences crashes.
I consistently experience game crashes after approximately 5 to 10 minutes of gameplay across various titles, including Dying Light, Euro Truck Simulator, Cooking Simulator, and Hitman. This issue affects nearly all games I attempt to play. While I initially suspected a hardware problem, the persistent nature of the crashes is frustrating.

I consistently experience game crashes after approximately 5 to 10 minutes of gameplay across various titles, including Dying Light, Euro Truck Simulator, Cooking Simulator, and Hitman. This occurs with nearly every game I attempt to play. While I suspect a CPU bottleneck due to my system specifications (Intel Core i5-4670, 24GB RAM, Asus Asrock Z87-K Motherboard, MSI Aero GeForce GTX 1080 with slight overclock, 1x 180hz Asus Monitor, 1x 144hz Msi Monitor), I require confirmation. I urgently request assistance resolving this issue.
Although I lack expertise in this area, it’s possible the games generate crash reports. Examining these reports could reveal whether your CPU is causing the issue. This is simply an observation.
Describe crashes. Does your system lock up, restart, or experience a Blue Screen of Death? Monitor temperatures (CPU and GPU). Perform a clean installation of display drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) in Safe Mode, thoroughly removing previous drivers, restarting, and installing the latest package.
Crashing while gaming… but OK otherwise is generally one of two things: a video card that needs a good cleaning or a power supply that cannot handle the load. Bottlenecking is an entirely separate issue from crashing; bottlenecking would show as poor frame rates and stuttering while gaming, but crashing from that is unlikely with your rig.
