Hi, I'm experiencing issues when playing games in ultra/high mode and 4k settings. The games crash after just a few minutes if I run them at 4k ultra/high. Lowering the graphics to 1080p medium settings lets me play for an hour or two before it crashes, especially with titles like Ghost Recon Wildlands and Red Dead Redemption. I noticed with RDR2 that switching from Vulkan to DirectX 12 works without problems, but only one graphics card is being used, which might be related to memory running out. All drivers are up to date. My PC specs are: AMD Ryzen 3950X, two ASUS ROG 2080 Ti GPUs, 32GB RAM, Corshair 1200 PSU, and it's watercooled.

Rockstar didn't back SLI unless fully supported by them to function through DX12/vulcan.
Uncertain about Wild lands too.
SLI tends to be unreliable most of the time; many developers don’t support it, and if they do, they don’t maintain it anymore. I think SLI is being phased out.
With the VRAM issue, having two 11GB cards only gives you 22GB total, so you’re stuck with the 11GB limit—just lower textures or similar.
You can tweak profiles in the NVIDIA control panel, but often it’s just a lack of support and optimization for SLI, which is fading.
So probably safer to stick with one GPU.

Rockstar didn't back SLI unless fully supported by them to function through DX12/vulcan. It's uncertain if Wildlands is the same. SLI tends to be unreliable most of the time; many developers don't support it, and those that do often don't maintain it. There are indications SLI might be discontinued altogether. With the VRAM issue, having two 11GB cards only gives you 22GB total, so you're limited to the 11GB, which means you'd have to reduce textures or similar. You can tweak profiles in the NVIDIA control panel, but it seems support and optimization for SLI are diminishing. It might be safer to stick with a single GPU.
