Hello everyone, I’m trying to condense this lengthy account while keeping the same length and style. The story remains focused on the issues experienced with online games, especially at lower frame rates, and the detailed list of troubleshooting steps is preserved.

I've observed similar patterns too:
1) In older titles such as SkyrimSE, when FPS is unlocked it runs very smoothly at 200 fps, with minor fluctuations around 150-200. Games like Dying Light, Dead Island or Metro 2033 behave the same way—FPS readings are consistently excellent and there are no noticeable drops below 200.
On the flip side, in intense multiplayer games like BFV online, FPS stays around 150-200, but small percentages (0.1% or less) cause significant drops (below 100 or even 60), making the game unusable.
In Dota 2, smooth performance requires 200+ FPS or even 300-400 FPS (depending on whether it's locked), but in teamfights it often drops to 100-140 or 200 FPS, leading to heavy lag despite high FPS numbers. I haven't checked 1-0.1% drops, but it clearly made gameplay unplayable by visual inspection.
2) The Windows desktop feels very sluggish, even basic tasks like typing take a long time and lag is noticeable. All applications open with a delay.
3) Latencymon is displaying unusual behavior, as shown in the link:

It seems like hours of play and browsing have become extremely frustrating.
4) The most puzzling issue is that I recently replaced a new NVMe drive (Kingston NV2 2TB) for gaming storage. For the first week it worked flawlessly, with buttery smooth performance in every game. However, after just seven days it completely failed.
What could possibly cause all these problems?

Local games are acceptable. However, online games often experience lag issues.

Have you tried using DDU to reinstall graphics card drivers? Please share your ping and packet loss figures for the server.

Using DDU for years. Depends on the games, typically ping is 35-45.

Execute a benchmark and capture a video of the process. If there are no discrepancies in performance relative to comparable systems and the video does not highlight any problems, I would consider indicating internet-related issues. It's odd you didn't encounter any issues for a while after installing the new SSD.
