Hi, I just finished my first PC build and managed to configure everything properly. However, whenever I try to play a game, it randomly shuts down after a few minutes. I’m unsure if the issue lies with the power supply connected to the GPU, since it has three 24-pin slots, needs 355W, and I have two pigtail connectors from it plugged into my PSU. I’ve tried updating drivers, reinstalling, using older versions, and even updated the motherboard. The memory diagnostic tool shows something is wrong, but I don’t know what exactly. Also, Windows Event Viewer isn’t reporting any errors. Could you help?

Your power supply unit appears to be functioning properly. Could you provide details on your CPU and GPU temperatures during idle and when under load? Additionally, which memory diagnostic tool are you employing?

It seems like the data might be unstable. Try running memtest64.

In the 13th series K cpus, only the F5-6400J3239G32GX2-TZ5RK are compatible, allowing up to two DIMMs on the motherboard.

gpu idle typically stays between 40 to 50, but drops to around 67 when under load. The windows memory diagnostic tool suggests the issue might also stem from driver problems.
