My partner is experiencing an issue. Until yesterday, all games on his computer ran smoothly at 50-60 frames per second. However, recently there has been significant stuttering in every graphic setting. He believes it resembles slow-motion at around 5 fps. When the CPU is running at 20% to 30%, the GPU remains at full load, but when he minimizes or restarts the game, the FPS returns to normal, though it gradually reappears. We don’t know the exact cause. Please let someone assist.

Hello!
The possible reasons could include CPU/GPU overheating, the 8GB RAM causing performance issues in certain games, or background processes consuming system resources.
It would help to know the temperatures while gaming.
