I was playing Star Wars Battlefront 2 and trying out some new mods. I noticed my game was stuttering a lot, thinking it was just because of the mods. But then while playing Overwatch, the same problem happened. After testing several games, I found that all of them were freezing unexpectedly. Today I ran a UserBench test on my PC and got some confusing results. It looks like my system is at the 36th percentile compared to the first test I did with the same graphics card and processor, which should have been around the 50th percentile. I also made a video showing stuttering in Battlefront 2, but it happened even with mods installed. I really need help figuring this out. Thanks.

It seems the CPU is running low. This might be due to an older Windows version needing more resources. Upgrading to 8GB RAM can easily boost performance. A simple fix is to reinstall Windows. A more effective solution would be to install two 8GB drives with faster speeds for Ryzen processors. For storage, now is a good opportunity to consolidate all games onto a single SSD, eliminating cache problems from HDDs. Both storage and RAM support the CPU; if the CPU isn’t getting enough, the GPU waits. Userbench doesn’t reliably reflect long-term performance changes—better use game benchmarks or standard synthetic tests like Heaven and Timespy.
