I'm experiencing intermittent black lines appearing on my display while gaming. I attempted to troubleshoot by formatting my computer, but the issue persists and occurs across all of my installed games. My PC is only two months old.

PC Specifications:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor
Memory (RAM): 16GB
Graphics Card: Asus Radeon RX 570 Strix (non-overclocked)
Motherboard: Gigabyte 450 Gaming X
SSD: 240GB
HDD: 1TB
Power Supply Unit: Seasonic Modular M12II 620W Evo Edition

I have reinstalled the software.

CPU temperature: 64°C, CPU utilization: 28%.
GPU temperature: 78°C, GPU utilization: 89%.

Testing was performed on Counter-Strike: Global Offensive at a higher resolution.

My system includes a G.Skill Kit with 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 3000MHz Aegis CL16 memory.
