Hello everyone, I’m reaching out here seeking assistance with a really puzzling problem. I recently assembled this PC just before Christmas, and its configuration is as follows: Intel Core i9-12900KS, ASUS ROG MAXIMUS Z690, Formula N, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Founders Edition, Corsair Dominator DDR5 RAM (2 x 32GB), Corsair HX1500i PSU, and a 4TB Seagate Firecuda 530. I primarily use this machine for gaming, but haven’t played much lately. Until recently, when running games, the system would shut down completely without any errors or freezes, then reboot instantly. The behavior varies depending on the title—Sea of Thieves can take hours, while Red Dead 2 on ultra finishes in under five minutes. I’ve tested stress tools like Furmark, Prime95, Memtest86, Cinebench, 3D Mark, and Benchmark Superposition repeatedly without issues. After running them for extended periods, the machine recovers quickly once Red Dead 2 launches. I’ve also exported all sensor data from HWiNFO64 in an Excel file, with the latest entry just before a restart. I’m unsure what specific logs or patterns might help diagnose this. Any guidance would be invaluable. Thanks for your time! *UPDATE* Additional PC details: - Case: O11 Dynamic Evo by Lian Li - Water cooling via Hydro X - XD5 pump, reaching 2 radiators - Motherboard and GPU water block - Corsair AIO H100i BIOS (version 2.21.1278) - BIOS settings: XMP enabled only, no changes beyond that - I haven’t altered anything else. Appreciate your help.

I've already tried several solutions... I moved the Ram to A2 and B2 but the issue remains unchanged. I even changed the PSU power adapter to test another option. It's really frustrating since I can't spot anything that might help.

Uncertain about receiving assistance on this forum... It’s really tough here! I’m struggling too—just did a BIOS update and changed everything in Windows, yet it keeps running. Even with the GeForce overlay while playing Red Dead, it barely uses up resources. What should I do next?

I had a similar issue and decided to RMA my graphics card. So far that seems to have solved the problem for me. Here's my thread
