Hi, I just got the GTA V PC version and installed it. It’s running but the frame rate is extremely low—below 10 FPS. When I checked the hardware monitor, both my FX-8370 and R9 290 usage were minimal, and the GPU clock was only around 300 MHz. Anyone have a solution for this? I’ve been searching for about two hours and am really frustrated.

none of these components are overclocked, the GPU and CPU temperatures remain similar to idle levels—45°C for the CPU and 50°C for the GPU.

Sure, everything else is working well. I also downloaded a pirated copy just to try it out and see if it’s worth purchasing for my PC. My FPS stayed around 40-50 at the highest settings on 2560x1080.
