Gameplay is extremely erratic and unpredictable.
Hi everyone. I just finished assembling my new PC last week. It has an i5 4690K with 3.5GHz clock speed, 16GB of RAM (4x4GB) in Ripjaws format at 1600MHz, paired with a MSI GTX960 4GB graphics card. I've been experiencing some issues since I started using it. Specifically, gameplay in titles like CS:GO feels very unstable—there are sudden pauses that look like a freeze frame for a brief moment before things return. This happens multiple times per game, though not constantly. My connection speed and FPS are normal, and my ping isn’t affected. In CS:GO, this is the most noticeable problem, even though I can achieve 150-200 FPS at high settings without much gain. I've checked drivers, settings like VSync, and everything seems correct. It's really frustrating to play and is becoming increasingly difficult. If anyone has any tips or solutions I haven't tried yet, please let me know. Also, feel free to share any additional details that might help. Thanks!
Are you planning to run the Nvidia Inspector? It completes quickly.
I could try it, maybe. But it shouldn’t be required at all. This issue ends up being pointless...
These are just a few tips that worked for me with the latest Nvidia drivers. Give them a shot!
