I discovered it didn’t resolve the problem. It’s odd because I was attempting to make my PC crash quicker so I streamed a macro and game nonstop on Twitch and YouTube (1080p, 6000kbps H.264, 4k at 32500-45000kbps VBR Av1) for roughly eight hours without any issues. Not even a single lost frame. But when I tried the same without streaming, it froze after about an hour. I even switched the game from 4K to 1080p to reduce power usage. Moving forward, I plan to run MemTest to check RAM health, and if that fails, I’ll test unplugging non-system drives. I’ve also attached the tested solutions to the original post for anyone new to the situation.
It seems unlikely we’re dealing with an issue since XMP wasn’t activated and there was no manual overclock. Please stay updated—running Memtest overnight will help verify stability. Other possibilities include re-seating the CPU, which likely won’t help unless installation was faulty; possibly adjusting the cooler could assist. You might also want to thoroughly clean RAM and PCIe slots just in case something is lodged, though that seems improbable.

The test passed six times in roughly 14 hours without any problems. There are still occasional freezes in some games, so my next step will be to remove extra drives. I’ll check if that resolves the issue; if not, I’ll take everything apart and reassemble it.
