The initial test usually checks for heat. Modern CPUs often limit performance but other components aren’t the only ones involved. If that’s not a major issue, next you should examine the memory. Windows includes a built-in memory checker, though it tends to perform poorly and may run multiple times. Memtest86 is a better choice but takes longer. The traditional method is the most thorough but can be time-consuming, requiring a single memory stick and observing crashes on each one.

I've already verified the temperatures, everything was normal. The memory assessments were also okay.

The SSD swap usually requires a fresh installation which resolves the DDU issue. Furmark and Prime95 are both outdated, so they miss certain tasks. Now they mainly serve as heat tests since they’re still effective at raising temperatures. Any entries in the event logs? Also, this is for Ryzen systems. Is your BIOS current?
