When I start games, almost any game causes network driver or device issues. In the event viewer I can identify the problem but don’t understand the exact error message. Both wired and Wi-Fi adapters behave this way when enabled. The only solution is to restart the PC. I’ve attached the event viewer log for the affected time.

Have you attempted to remove your network drivers and reinstall them yourself? Be sure to download the installers from the manufacturer's website on your motherboard maker's page. Using the Windows Updater to obtain drivers probably means they're outdated or incorrect.
