The inconsistency in shooting from a ladder comes down to poor form and balance issues, making it nearly as challenging as shooting while running.

It seems you're asking about a situation where holding a ladder while shooting with your hands is challenging. Let me help clarify that.

You position yourself on the ladder and place the gun on the higher part.

It’s unclear what you’re asking. If you let both hands go while climbing a vertical ladder and swing around, firing a riffle that swings a few kilograms, you’ll likely fall. They wouldn’t allow that since it would be unfair to be completely defenseless during the climb, so they added a big aim debuff.

I really don’t like the inaccuracy—it’s tough when you’re trying to climb up, but it’s slow and by then they’ve caught you and fired you.

Looking at the broken parts in CS:GO doesn’t bother me much, especially when it comes to messy shooting.

It's just the way it is in CSGO. The first rule is to wait until you're stationary before shooting.
