You noticed many issues in warzone despite similar hardware. Videos with identical specs to my gaming laptop run at 80fps only at maximum graphics settings, dropping to 40 when I crank it up. I’ve overclocked it and connected the charger. My system details: Intel Core i5-10300H (2.50GHz, 2496MHz, 4 cores), 8GB RAM, RTX 2060 installed. OS is Microsoft Windows 10 Home. Same RAM as others but performance remains lower. Please check this with the support team.

1. Don't take everything at face value from YouTube
2. Be skeptical about what you see online
3. A 2060 laptop isn't the same as a desktop 2060
4. Even when connected, laptops are still affected by heat issues

Have you checked the CPU and GPU temperatures during gameplay?
