Hello, Your laptop setup is: Core i7 (4510U), 8GB RAM, Nvidia 840M 2GB. Over the past five to six years, you've mainly played Far Cry 3, Far Cry 4, Darksiders, and Age of Mythology. You're open to suggestions for games that will run smoothly on both new and older systems.

Looking for game recommendations in the Dark Souls 2, Deus Ex Human Revolution, Civilization 5/6, Need for Speed titles, Metro, Dragon Age, Mass Effect, or Devil May Cry 3/4 range? Also interested in alternatives if hot pursuit options are limited.

Most demanding AAA games should operate at lower settings and 720p or higher quality.

I remember playing Quake 4 and Batman Arkham Asylum a long time ago. If you're looking for more than just the basics, here are some additional thoughts: consider exploring classic first-person shooters like Doom or Half-Life for deeper immersion, or dive into modern titles such as Cyberpunk 2077 for a fresh take on the genre. For something nostalgic yet engaging, try revisiting older games like Super Mario 64 or Portal, which still offer rewarding experiences. Let me know if you'd like more tailored suggestions!

Are you looking for similar World War II titles? You might enjoy games such as Company of Heroes, Medal of Honor, or other historical military simulations.

haven't much experience with them, but the older Call of Duty titles work fine (particularly World at War), and I think Sniper Elite is set in WWII as well.
