Hi Guys,
Here’s a shorter version of my post.
I own an RTX 3060ti for a while now and haven’t had any problems. However, in recent games like Elite Dangerous and MGSV, I’ve noticed slow rendering and texture pop-ins.
I switched to an older GPU, the RTX 2060 super, but the same issues persist.
I also changed my LAN cable recently—though that seems unlikely—but I’m considering it.
My GPU’s DP cable is unplugged while the system runs; maybe it’s damaged. I plan to test the DP cable tonight and possibly the monitor.
Anyone else experiencing similar problems? Any suggestions?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Consider using DDU to eliminate all GPU drivers (Intel, AMD, Nvidia) in Safe Mode, then manually reinstall the newest GPU driver from Nvidia's support site via an elevated command (assuming you're on Windows).

Provide the specifications in this format:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Add the age of the PSU along with its make and model.
BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.

Hello, thank you very much for your reply. I need to follow up on this as I'm currently at work and the computer was purchased a few years ago. The main details are: CPU is AMD R7 5800x, cooler is AK620 Zero Dark, motherboard is Asus x570 TUF gaming plus Wi-Fi (current BIOS can't be updated), RAM is 16GB, storage is Crucial P3+ NVME 4TB, GPU is RTX 3060ti. The power supply has a chassis, operating system is Windows 10, monitor is Prism+ PG270. Please include the age of the PSU along with its make and model, as well as the BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.
