A little late to the party, I've really enjoyed Forza Horizon 5 on my ROG Ally. Runs 720p medium settings with over 60 FPS at just 17W. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe also runs very well on the Ally, yuzu has been great for me. Just don't expect to get switch-like battery life, you'll get like 1.5-2h tops. I even tried Hogwarts Legacy but I wouldn't 100% recommend it since you have to run it at 720p low and turn the TDP to like 22W to get decent FPS, at which point you'll get like an hour on a full, healthy battery (which mine isn't, on 80% charge I get like 40min running at 22W)
I've been playing Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown on Switch recently and honestly it's an amazing game, highly recommended. It should run really well on the Ally as well: It's a fantastic metroidvania and honestly pretty damn long too.
