hello guys, i’m interested in trying some fresh games similar to Guild Wars 2 or Age of Empires. I’m looking for something new from the past two years, with good graphics for a 2k monitor.

It appears you enjoy strategy games, so I suggest trying CIV VI and City Skylines. These games need a strong computer at maximum settings, but they are visually appealing.

Civ VI is definitely there, though Crusader Kings 2 offers a distinct experience. You'll find opportunities to craft compelling narrative scenarios. Focus more on diplomacy than direct combat.

Consider trying the Anno series, 1404; the Venice expansion is regarded as a true strategic masterpiece. Many are eager for Anno 1800, honestly it seems impressive and could be an excellent title. It's expected to launch within a month.
