I use medium difficulty and consistently achieve over 90fps. That's because I've been modified.

Hey guys, I cut my settings way down to the bare minimum. At 1080p with full scaling, it feels just like using ultra settings plus TAA and 125% scaling. Going for the lowest resolution added a few extra frames but kept stuttering and dropped below 40 FPS. Sounds like your CPU might be the issue.

I don’t notice any frame drops on my machine, even with the FX 6300, 8GB RAM, GTX 770, and 2GB VRAM. It runs smoothly at medium settings.

Update the drivers and verify sufficient RAM availability.

Max settings with TAA enabled, full resolution scaling applied. At 4K the performance matches what you get at 1080p on lower resolutions. I’m finished—I use the GF experience, so the drivers are up to date. I have 7-9GB RAM and about 12GB free. I’ve also observed high CPU usage across all cores.

Have you guys heard of bottlenecking? there's a clear example above, a less powerful card paired with the sub powerful 3750k yeilds better frames. clearly the issue is bottlenecking also 12GB of RAM isn't really enough, they recommend 16GB

What exactly is a bottleneck? RAM probably. Since improvements with 3570 (without K) suggest the issue isn’t CPU, and it’s definitely not GPU, that points to something else.

Your CPU is functioning well, 12GB of RAM is sufficient, there’s no hardware issue—this is likely a software-related concern.
