Hey everyone, I'm searching for a fresh strategy game similar to Halo Wars with impressive visuals. I really enjoyed Total War: Medieval 2, but after trying Shogun 2 it wasn't easy to get into. I also love the Command & Conquer series. Are there any new titles with great graphics released recently? Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
I believe he prefers strategy titles such as Command & Conquer, not a first-person shooter. I really enjoy Planetary Annihilation and it's great to play with friends. This might be useful http://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2015/01/...f-2015/14/

Grey Goo enjoyed a relaxing weekend on Steam. I played it for a short time and found it enjoyable. It shares similarities with C&C titles. The narrative isn't overly dramatic, but the developers invested significantly in both story and visuals. The races varied in style, with the third race being notably distinct. I suggest giving it a try. The main deterrent was lack of time and the desire to avoid another unused title in my collection. Starcraft 2 offers many free features, including AI challenges and custom modes. Ranked play requires a purchase, plus optional expansions. Based on this, it seems worth exploring. I also considered Act of Aggression but haven't had enough time or confidence to commit. I plan to check streams and videos before deciding.
