When I play multiplayer games, my system freezes briefly and the colors distort for a moment. It usually lasts only a second and doesn’t last long. This started after updating the NVIDIA game driver on my new laptop, though I’m unsure if it’s related. The issue occurs randomly in games like Warframe when playing normally, in CSGO when pressing tab or esc, and also in other titles. A hardware test showed no problems with the GPU, CPU, or RAM. My Lenovo Loq15 has an RTX 4070 and a Ryzen 7 7435HS. I reinstalled Windows 11, but it keeps happening. Anyone know what might be causing this and how to fix it? All my drivers and updates are current, and the laptop is brand new—less than a month old. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
This issue began unexpectedly on my new laptop after updating the Nvidia game driver.
First, verify if your device is awaiting an update. Then, employ DDU to eliminate all GPU drivers—Intel, AMD, and Nvidia—in Safe Mode, followed by manually installing the newest GPU driver from Nvidia's support site using an elevated command (Right-click installer > Run as Administrator).
After reinstalling Windows 11, the problem persists.
Did you install the OS in offline mode? If not, the system will attempt to download and install drivers it believes are suitable for your platform, which can cause instability or issues. Recreate the bootable USB installer for Windows 11, install the OS in offline mode, then manually install all drivers via the elevated command. Once complete, connect to the internet so the OS can update itself.
If you see the OOBE message and are prompted to connect to the internet to create an account, follow this guide while disconnected from the website:

Hello, after restarting your laptop, you're stuck on the pin screen and can't set up your pin. Try resetting the pin settings or checking for any error messages that might help.
