In the NVIDIA Control panel, 3D settings can be disabled under certain options. Trying a lower version might help. Disable features such as V-Sync, Ray Tracing, and adjust power settings to maximum performance if needed.

I don't recall turning off VSYNC yet—I'll check again tomorrow and let you know if it's fixed. Appreciate the assistance!

I also used benchmark mode, but it ran smoothly at top settings around 90 fps… however, once I attempt to play it, it consistently drops to 32fps regardless of high, medium, or low. It sometimes jumps to 60 or 90 before returning, making it feel like the game is fluctuating constantly until it finally stabilizes.

It seems like you're dealing with a game problem. A fresh install could help, and checking for an offline option might be useful if available. Also, look into any hidden FPS limits settings.

The setup in 2060 at 1440p offered about 15 fps more than my medium version. I plan to try DDU, reinstalling Forza and downgrading to Windows 10 to check if it helps, since it seems frustrating after spending a lot on the game—it doesn’t perform perfectly out of the box.

Is it limited only to Forza titles? Might be due to thermal throttling, though that seems unlikely. Testing is tough with my 2070s setup and similar cards, as I'd need to empty my waterloop reee D. Edit: Windows 11 isn’t ready for this, which is surprising since people used it earlier. Glad it worked out! Updated Nov 11, 2021 by CptnReflex didn't read the whole thread
