I observed stuttering in GTA 5 when my GPU usage spikes. This occurs after sudden changes in performance. I tested various solutions like DDU, updated drivers, adjusted fan speeds, set task priorities, and changed settings in both the game and NVIDIA control panel. Despite these adjustments, the issue persists. My system specs are an Intel i5 4440, 8GB DDR3 1600MHz, MSI H81M P33, Coolermaster G550M GTX 970 EVGA ACX 2.0.

In GPU-Z it displays detailed GPU information, including memory usage and temperatures. In the performance pane of control panel it shows real-time metrics like frame rate, CPU load, and GPU utilization.

GTA V has issues for many players. The latest update caused problems, so disable your pagefile if needed. It might not work well with Windows when turned off.
