It seems the game was disabled and showed an install prompt instead of playing. I selected install and then asked for a drive selection.

The files stay where they are. When I try to install the game again, it just creates the local files without waiting. Then the installation finishes quickly, and I don’t have to wait for the long 60 or more GB process.
It's not too bad since the files are still present. It's just a little bothersome. I'll attempt to properly close Steam before shutting down the PC to check if it helps. Appreciate the details!
