I put in my new Ryzen 7 5800X3d and used the AMD storeMI tool after searching for CPU drivers. When I tried Microsoft Flight Simulator, it displayed a blue screen with the message KERNAL_MODE_HEAP_CORRUPTION. I’m not sure if the issue was from the AMD app itself. After uninstalling it, the problem persisted. Also, when I opened AMD Ryzen Master and set the game profile, I wasn’t sure if that helped either.

The kernel mode heap corruption error appears because of a software conflict or hardware mismatch. Review the graphics card drivers for problems to resolve the issue. Additionally, examine the hardware to confirm there are no incorrect connections.
