I'm using Windows 10 with this setup: dual Xeon E5-2660 v3 processors, Asus Z10PE-D16 motherboard, 64GB SSD, 2133 ECC RAM, GTX 980 Ti graphics, and SSDs for both OS and games. All drivers are up to date. I can open Uplay but when I try to launch a game it displays the loading logo, the screen goes black, and then it crashes without any error messages. I bought and installed everything yesterday, so it should be the latest version. When trying to access Ubisoft support, it blocks me even though I can log in through the Uplay launcher. This issue seems similar to what I had with Portal 2, but I suspect it might be related to the dual CPU configuration. Please help!

Sure, I've attempted that too—it says it sent an email, but I haven't gotten one. I might need to set up a new account.

You need a valid version tied to your account, meaning you’d have to purchase it again. That isn’t a helpful fix. If you’re able to log in to the UBI forums at http://forums.ubi.com, you can also file a report about the issue.
