Hey everyone, I've been playing Battlefield 4 a while now and it's starting to feel a bit dated. I just got a 2-way 970 SLI and play on a single 1080p screen, so I'm looking to broaden my game collection. I'm especially interested in sandbox experiences (not Minecraft), sci-fi or space-themed titles, fast-paced FPS action, open-world exploration similar to H1Z1, and games with zombie elements. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks in advance.

Skyrim (With lots of mods) The only category it doesn’t belong to is space/scifi, though there’s likely a mod for that somewhere...

Here are some categories you provided. If you haven’t yet chosen H1Z1, it seems like another flawed early access survival title with pay-to-win mechanics, even worse than DayZ SA.

Popular genres include:
- Sandbox games
- Space simulation
- Sci-fi adventures
- Open-world survival
- FPS action
- Military strategy
- Survival horror

Some standout titles:
- Salt Space Engineers
- Garry’s Mod
- Space Engineers Elite Dangerous
- Star Citizen
- Robocraft
- Arma series (various versions)
- Counter-Strike: Global Offensive
- Payday 2
- Arma 2 with mods
- Arma 3 mods (including Zombies, Epoch, Breaking Point)
- Mount & Blade Warband
- State of Decay
- The Long Dark
- Mount & Blade: Warband
- Infinite World survival
- Arma 3 modding community

If you want a deep dive, ArmA 3 stands out for its extensive mod support and ongoing updates. For pure open-world experiences, Elite Dangerous offers the largest universe.

Great! That was very useful, I'll definitely give it a shot with Arma and Payday!

The business model refers to how the company generates revenue. Yes, there is another version available.

In Star Citizen you pay for the ship you wish, and then depending on what you need, the costs can vary significantly. Right now, new ships start around £25 and go up to over £300, while the Elite tier begins at £40 plus additional fees. The game continuously adds new ships and features, especially in the Elite section, which many find more impressive. Regarding the second version, what are you referring to?

You can start with any merchant or pirate ship in StarCraft II. It’s a separate game, not related to the other one.

Don't worry, I didn't grab it. Check YouTube or forums for the right one, and remember, it's not connected to anything.
