Here’s a rewritten version of your text:

I’m experiencing several issues with *[Game Name]*. Primarily, I struggle to consistently achieve high FPS in multiplayer modes. In Deathmatch, I can maintain around 60-80 fps with settings on low, but in Conquest mode, my frame rate drops dramatically – typically between 20-30 fps even with the lowest settings, and sometimes up to 50+ with a large player count. My CPU consistently hits 100% during these FPS dips, suggesting it's a bottleneck.

Additionally, I’ve encountered a frustrating freezing problem. After approximately 15-20 seconds in the game’s main menu or after completing a short action, the game freezes completely for around 30 seconds before eventually “unfreezing” and running normally for another 30 seconds or so. This freeze cycle repeats continuously.

I suspect my CPU is causing both the Conquest FPS issues and the freezing problem. Could you advise on potential solutions or what might be causing these issues?

To ensure optimal performance, please utilize a combination of these methods:

* **CCleaner:** Employ this tool to cleanse the system and registry of accumulated data.
* **Malwarebytes:** Utilize this program to detect and eliminate any potentially harmful software that may be consuming resources.
* **Full Virus Scan:** Conduct a comprehensive scan with your preferred antivirus software to identify and remove viruses.

And do the Clean and Registry both.

To ensure optimal performance, please utilize the following steps: Run a Malware Scan using Malwarebytes to check for poorly written code consuming resources. Then, perform a full system scan with your preferred antivirus software. Additionally, consider utilizing CCleaner for registry cleaning and overall system optimization.

Yeah, at least this time. Check what CCleaner finds or Malwarebytes if it was malware. Then you'll know.
But if all is good and the issue is back, the problem may be more involved. Might even be the game itself. Or the GPU. Is the GPU or CPU getting above safe temps when this happens? Throttling will definitely bring down performance.
The R9-285 is a pretty old card. Bought used? Dirty? Is your system clean?

I recently experienced several issues with my PC, including freezing, driver crashes, and a file system check error. I initially suspected malware after encountering numerous files deleted by Malwarebytes, though subsequent scans with Avast found nothing. My CPU temperatures typically max out at 70°C during demanding games like BF1, but rarely exceed 65°C. My GPU consistently runs around 60 frames per second on low settings.

About a year ago, I purchased a used graphics card and have since encountered driver problems resulting in black screens. Removing one of the power supplies temporarily resolved the issue, but the "display driver has stopped working" error persists, occurring multiple times daily. This happens frequently when using Windows Media Player or simply while idle, but not during gameplay. The PC froze twice today, requiring a restart, and I encountered a “Checking file system on C:” error before booting into Windows.

I cleaned my PC about three months ago. My CPU temperatures are normally around 70°C with peaks of 65°C in BF1. My GPU consistently runs at approximately 60 FPS on low settings.

I previously posted a thread regarding random restarts while playing games, but that is now irrelevant as I plan to replace my PSU soon.

That's a lot of information to digest. 2 x PSUs? What are their make and model? Might be your problem.
I quit using Avast years ago because it caused lots of issues with my system. You might consider uninstalling that and using Win 10's built-in anti-virus for awhile along with a daily Malwarebytes scan.
