I've noticed recently I get quite horrible fps drop in BF4. I'm playing normally and suddenly the FPS drops to like 20 and pretty much stays there. This has forced me to quit games and its overall quite frustrating since it makes the game almost unplayable when it happens. I checked afterburner and noticed that the GPU usage starts to go all over the place all of a sudden, which appears to be causing this. Its not a hardware issue, as both CPU and RAM were not maxed out at the time this began. Its also not a temperature issue, with CPU temps in the 50s-60s and GPU temps in the high 40s at the time. Here's an afterburner screenshot: Does anyone know how to fix this?

Another instance occurred with my 290 on BF4 too, likely due to an unstable overclock—possibly the same issue for you.

I'm testing a more conservative overclock setup, but it's holding up well across the board. It's not even close to reaching the 290 voltage I'm aiming for, so I'm considering switching to stock configurations to see if that improves stability.

Attempted core unparking, encountered a comparable problem and resolving it by unparking cores resolved the issue.

Unparked all my cores to check, should help. Also performing a clean driver install.
