Your results appear inconsistent, with varying frame rates that seem affected by the settings you're using. It might be related to how the game handles different resolutions and refresh rates. Running at higher resolutions like 3700x and 2070super at 1440p could strain performance if the game isn't optimized for those settings.

Playing the game on a hard drive would be my choice.

It's CoD, but you can always tweak the settings further to test. Performance could differ based on the map or location. Also, make sure nothing is running in the background while you play, as it might consume resources.

RR1 performs smoothly on a 1440p display at 144hz, maintaining around 50-70 FPS without any drops compared to a much weaker setup. RR2 holds steady at about 120fps on 1600x900 resolution using my personal drives, also on SSDs. I’ve used other computers in the house for Warzone; one ran poorly on an HDD, while another with a budget SSD worked well.

It's located on an NVMe drive, which is quite affordable for the equipment. It stays in the downtown area all the time. The performance varies every time. Honestly, it doesn’t seem logical to me.

Sure, I can check the task manager for CPU usage per core and monitor GPU utilization in Graph. Just let me know if you'd like me to proceed with those details.

I attempted to view performance data during those issues, but everything worked this time. When launching in fullscreen automatically, it runs smoothly. Usually it opens in a windowed borderless mode at 50% scale. I plan to switch to fullscreen 100%, which seems to trigger the problems again. In short, the game doesn’t handle switching from windowed to fullscreen well, and I’m unsure how to avoid that behavior.

While using any overlays can significantly affect performance.
