A sudden loss of electricity caused my computer to unexpectedly turn off. Following this event, I’ve noticed that video games are performing sluggishly, despite the graphics card operating correctly and showing no errors.

Here’s my system information:
Graphics Card: AMD RX 470 with 4GB of memory
Processor: Intel Core i5, 4th Generation
Memory: 8 Gigabytes
Power Supply Unit: Antec, 500 Watts

I’m experiencing noticeable stuttering and delays while playing Dota 2. Despite appearing to be fully operational, the game suffers from persistent instability.

Have you inspected your computer's primary hard drive for any file system issues? Are you utilizing a traditional spinning disk?
