I've been facing this problem for some time now. I reached out to AMD and Asus support. The machine was originally a prebuilt by Asus, purchased from BestBuy, with the case and RAM upgraded. I tried installing an AIO cooler but the pump stopped working, which triggered these issues, so I'm back to using a fan tower cooler.

I suspect the problem might be linked to the maximum number of times it started and shut down while running the AIO. I'm not sure if that's accurate. Unfortunately, I don't have any warranty coverage. I've been encountering Whea logger cache hierarchy errors (IDs: 4,5,6,8...). After booting in safe mode and reinstalling drivers, the issue stopped appearing in Event Viewer, though restarts still occur.

I've tried reseating components—CPU, RAM, GPU—and using Windows reset. I also ran Prime95 on the CPU and 3D Mark on the GPU, both without crashes. Memtest86 passed all checks. The SSD/NVME drivers seem fine.

I'm at a loss for what to do next. Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated. I'd love to identify the faulty part so I can replace it when I can afford it. The computer occasionally runs games for hours, but sometimes it only plays Fallout Shelter or Wall World for under 20 minutes before resetting—it's really frustrating.

System details:
- Power: Great wall C700 CPU
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
- Motherboard: (OEM) ASUS B550M
- RAM: T-Force DDR4 16GB x4 (64GB) @3200MHz
- Graphics: ASUS GeForce RTX 3070 8GB (DUAL-RTX3070-8G)
- Storage: Western Digital NVME 500GB, Samsung NVME 970 EVO 2TB, Samsung SSD 860 EVO 2TB, Toshiba HDD 2TB, plus external drives in a USB hub and NAS.

Thank you for your time—I really appreciate it.

Experiment with one dimm unit at a time. Check stability under this setup. Avoid loading issues and excessive dimmer points indicating RAM problems.

Check if the RAM in the QVL is functioning properly. For Ryzen models, it’s preferable to use an x2 configuration rather than x4, as this reduces pressure on the memory controller.

It isn't reliable to test just one dimming slot to check for stability. I suspect the problem will continue no matter which slot is used. The RAM details are listed in the QVL under Team/TeamGroup vendor, but I'm encountering a new error in the Event Viewer related to AMD Log Utility. It's unclear if this causes the system to restart or is connected to the random reboots. The computer only restarts when playing games, not automatically on its own when using the desktop or web browser.

Consider using a different primary drive, such as an SATA SSD, just to verify stability.

It might also be PSU, though I'm not sure. Just because it's a high-quality PSU doesn't always mean much. I used a Bequiet 700W straight power unit and it performed well without any strange restarts. Keep that in mind!

No similar restarts occurred during matches (roughly 10 to 30 minutes post-start). Any additional tests or suggestions you have would be appreciated. I prefer avoiding the 'guess the bad part' game and instead opt for purchasing parts gradually.

It appears on the latest bios, among the initial details I reviewed. If I possessed an additional AM4 desktop, I’d simply examine every component. However, luck isn’t on my side right now.
