Game pauses every ten seconds following a factory reset
I've owned my computer for roughly a year without cleaning it much. I performed a factory reset and then reinstalled all my software and games. Everything was working well before the reset. Now, when I launch my games, they intermittently freeze—every 10 to 20 seconds, the mouse pauses briefly, followed by a short game stutter. It's frustrating because I think everything is fine. All drivers are current, the CPU is running smoothly, and the specs look solid. The motherboard and components seem in good condition.
